Angelica is our Law Firm Administrator and has been with the firm since 2018. She assists
clients throughout the personal-injury claims process documenting several crucial aspects of
their cases including liability, insurance coverage, and injury-causation.
Angelica is a highly-skilled member of our team and works closely with private investigators
locating often-hidden insurance policies and other avenues to compensation, finding and
interviewing witnesses, and preserving wrecked vehicles and video surveillance footage. She
works with accident reconstructionists downloading digital crash data and determining crash and
injury causation. Additionally, she follows up with healthcare providers to confirm they are
billing health insurers to prevent client accounts from going into collections.
Angelica previously worked in her family-owned auto body repair facility and has the experience
to assist clients with the property-damage portions of their claims. She assists with car rental,
loss-of-use claims, vehicle repairs, the total-loss process, and child car-seat replacement.
Angelica prides herself on making sure our clients get back on the road after a crash.
Before working in personal injury, Angelica worked in the bankruptcy field for over ten years.
Helping clients through difficult times and overcoming setbacks is why Angelica enjoys what
she does.
Outside of the office, Angelica enjoys baking, day trips exploring our surrounding cities, and
spending time with her teenaged son. She also enjoys finding new recipes online and teaching
her son how to cook.
